These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TRIBUNTEK (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TRIBUNTEK, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Platform
TRIBUNTEK is a community-driven technology evaluation platform. Product scores, reviews, and rankings reflect the collective input of experts and users and are provided for informational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, and other content you submit. By posting content, you grant TRIBUNTEK a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use it in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or paid-for reviews; not to manipulate scores or rankings; not to infringe the rights of others; and not to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, logos, and aggregated data, is owned by TRIBUNTEK and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Links
The Platform may link to third-party products, websites, or services. TRIBUNTEK does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. TRIBUNTEK does not warrant that content is accurate, complete, or uninterrupted, and community scores should not be considered professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRIBUNTEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the community or the service.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws where TRIBUNTEK operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
